This Return and Exchange Policy was created to ensure a fair and secure shopping experience, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90).
We guarantee that all our products are original, sealed, and in perfect condition before shipping.
Please review the product name, description, and usage instructions before completing your purchase, as our products are professional-use dermocosmetics.
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed products, except in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping error.
In accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code, customers who make purchases online or outside a physical store have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
To request a return:
The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, with the invoice and all accessories.

Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the same payment method used.
Note: For credit card purchases, the refund may appear on your statement within up to two billing cycles, depending on your bank.
If you receive a defective product or one different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.
LPHDShop will cover all shipping costs related to return and replacement.
Conditions:
The product must be in its original packaging, without misuse or damage, and include the invoice and lot number.
Once the defect is confirmed, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
If no defect is found, the item will be returned to the customer.
Refunds will follow the original payment method:
Credit Card: refunded through the card issuer.
PIX or Bank Transfer: refunded directly to the same account used for purchase.
Partial refunds (for example, on multiple items) will have shipping costs recalculated proportionally.

Due to sanitary and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
Opened, used, or unsealed items;
Customized kits or promotional products;
Products with signs of improper storage or exposure to heat/sunlight.
